Quiet Moments
It is a long-term creative project dedicated to the culture of memory and emotional connection with departed loved ones.
Short fragments of frozen time in the form of animated photographs accompany my personal path of living loss over intervals of time.
The project began in 2018 with the first work completed in the days following my grandmother's death.
Grandmother's Gifts
"The day after my grandmother died I let take this photograph, that shows me and three gifts from her:
- the dress she wore when she was young; the vest made of real fur, which she specially let make for me and the electric samovar.
The motion Design I made a year later. What difference does it make, a year or a day ? It’s all the same - just time."
